Carmody Group were contracted to refurbish this aging property but without over
capitalizing it. Our scope included:
- Retiling the bathrooms
- Adding a full piece painted back glass splash back to the bath wall…this cutting
down cleaning cost
- Resurfacing the bathroom bench tops
- Replacing the lights
- Re carpeting and painting rooms & corridors
- Replacing the furniture furnishings and equipment
