Built as a 330 room Convention Resort, the Owners wanted to refurbish, rebrand, reposition and then on sell. Our Value engineering process, saw our single point of contact , end to end design and construct solution replace the traditional refurbishment model of multiple consultants, (Interior Designer, Architect, Procurement agent) thus making substantial savings to the Capex.

• Upgrading the mini-bars with stone tops and staining.
• Restraining the wardrobe
• Replacing the carpet, painting walls and ceilings
• Supply of a complete new FF&E package
• The design ensured that only minor electrical works were required.
• The corner suites took on their own design as a market point of difference
